Folies de la Marquetterie is Taittinger’s first single vineyard Champagne. Made in limited quantities it is a blend of 45% Chardonnay and 55% Pinot Noir, harvested from the ‘Folies’ parcel surrounding the Château de la Marquetterie. Only first pressings are used, a selection of which are vinified in oak casks to make this full-bodied, harmonious Champagne of great depth and structure.
