This young Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Nuits “Aux Chaumes” is expected to display vibrant aromas of fresh red fruits such as cherry, raspberry, and cranberry, possibly accented by delicate floral notes of violet and a hint of forest floor. On the palate, it will be medium-bodied with bright, refreshing acidity and fine, silky tannins characteristic of Pinot Noir. Flavors will mirror the nose, with a subtle minerality potentially emerging from the ‘Aux Chaumes’ lieu-dit. The finish should be clean, fruity, and elegantly earthy.
