St-Rémy Signature is my first original creation. While respecting St-Rémy’s long, brandy-making savoir-faire, I added a maturation stage in small virgin oak barrels, which makes it unique. The result is a smooth brandy with elegant notes of vanilla, a hint of toasted French oak and a velvety texture.
