Matured in barrels that held previous vintage of Grange, it is affectionately known as Baby Grange. Holding the title of Australia’s most cellared wine, it demonstrates a balance of the sweetness (Cabernet 57%) and the savoury (Shiraz 43%) with dark black cherry liqueur and roasted beetroot with oak and tannins fully absorbed.
