Australia’s oldest single malt distillery, Lark was established in 1992 in the Coal River Valley, a 15-minute drive from Hobart. Double-distilled and aged in small casks, the Classic Cask features Lark’s trademark citrus and butterscotch with a hint of Tasmanian peat.
