A 1994-vintage Cognac from Jean Fillioux, matured in French oak casks before being bottled in October 2014. Sweet aromas of honey, lime blossom, William pear, melon and heady wild roses fill the nose. The palate offers notes of caramelised apple tart and rich dried fruits, with hints of liquorice and mint lingering in the finish.
