The 2023 Highland Park 25 Year Old was created by master whisky maker Gordon Motion, who handpicked the finest first-fill sherry and new American oak casks for this release. His selection yielded an exceptional Orcadian malt that highlights the distillery’s wonderfully balanced character. Expect notes of smoked heather and honeycomb, with bright orchard fruit and dry roasted cereals giving way to toffee and freshly ground coffee.
