The wine is a blend of Chardonnay, Vermentino, Viognier, which are destemmed and softly pressed. The vinification takes place spontaneously in steel tanks, where the malolactic fermentation also takes place. The wine ages in the same containers for 3 months. The color is straw yellow with golden reflections. On the nose there are aromas of tropical fruit and citrus. The palate is fresh and powerful, dry and dense.
