The Blanc de Noirs Champagne PNAYC18 of the Maison Bollinger is produced with a cuvée of 100% Pinot Noir grapes, coming from Aÿ, Tauxières et Verzenay. Great expression of Pinot Noir, with a sparkling wine aged on the lees for 42 months. You will get a brilliant straw yellow Champagne with fine and persistent perlage that has hints of apple and pear on the nose, toasted references and honey. On the palate it is creamy and dense, with a nice clean and enveloping finish.
