A 30-year-old single malt from Balvenie’s Rare Marriages range that has been matured in a combination of different casks, creating a complex, sweet character. Aromas of honey, oak and candied orange peel fill the nose, complemented by notes of dark chocolate, plum, marzipan, caramelised pears and gentle spice throughout the palate.
