3 Fonteinen Hommage is typically a blend of young and old lambics macerated with whole raspberries, giving it a vibrant ruby color. Expect intense aromas of fresh raspberries, sour cherry, earthy funk (brettanomyces), and hints of oak. The palate will be bone-dry, exquisitely tart with high acidity, bright red fruit purity, and a complex barnyard or musty undertone, leading to a long, refreshing, and profoundly complex finish.
